We are excited to introduce our second Ph.D. student, Madeline Reichert! Madeline graduated from Oklahoma State University this semester with her B.S. in Microbiology/Cell and Molecular Biology and has decided to stay on in our lab for her graduate education! As a graduate student, Madeline is going to work on our project studying the interactions between Dolosigranulum pigrum and pathobionts in the upper respiratory tract as part of our work on the nasal microbiome. This work is funded by an NIH R03 grant.
